Our black & white poly streamers are made of 4-mil polyethylene plastic and are mounted and double stitched on durable plastic covered ropes. All our our streamers measure 30' in length and have 12 pennants. Flag sizes approximately 12" X 18". (item pictured may vary slightly from actual product)
