Holiday Hours

In observance of the New Year, FlagsFlagsnMore.com will be closed Friday, December 31st, 2010.


Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


Interruption of Service: FlagsFlagsnMore, USPS and UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

 

Expedited Shipping Information
Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day delivery is 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight of your order and the method of shipment.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department with 5 days for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 10 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@flagsflagsnmore.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

 

WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM FLAGS FLAGS N MORE STORES, AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE.

 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. To help us process your return in a timely fashion please include the packing slip or copy of the invoice with the RMA # clearly written on  the paperwork.

 

We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on any orders that are returned.

 

FLAGS: Return unused item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund LESS shipping/handling fees.

 

FLAG CASES: Return unused item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund LESS shipping/handling fees and a $10 restock fee.

 

FLAGPOLES: Return unused item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund LESS shipping/handling fees. there is a $20 restock for all in ground flagpoles. Please contact us if you need to return a large one piece flagpole, as these ship directly to the flagpole factory. Customers will have to pay for the freight to return their commercial flag pole. There is also a 20% restock fee on commercial grade and a 20% restock fee on commercial one piece flag poles. Poles shipped via freight must be inspected by the receiver before you sign the delivery acceptance form. Flags Flags n More is not liable for damaged or missing items when shipped via freight if somethins is missing or damaged upon receiving, before a signature is given you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

 

DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Flags Flags n More will exchange the difective item(s) if reported within 10 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Flags Flags n More will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 10 day policy.

 

Custom Orders: Custom orders, such as flags and lapel pins, are Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable.

 

Special Orders: Special orders are Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable. This includes custom items, embroidered, headers, fly end corners, engraving plates, flags that you paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe to, and any international or state flags over 5ft x 8ft. Larger flags are not a stock item, they are made to order. Flags Flags n More will not be liable or held responsible for misspelled orders placed on line by the customer. Please proofread and look over your order before sending it through.

 

STICK FLAGS: Military, Historical, State, International & US Stick flags are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable. Stick Flags are not suitable for young children. We try our best to have all the stick flag staffs and tops look alike, however some substitutions may be made in the event we are awaiting a shipment to arrive. We reserve the right to make these substitutions.

 

SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-Refundable.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.


Insurance Disclaimer: From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing,and availability. Flags Flags n More reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)

On occasion actual flag colors and sizes may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and Flags Flags n More will not be held responsible.


Sales Tax: We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of FL.

 


Canceling/Changing Orders: Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

 

Undeliverable & Refused Packages: If a delivery is refused for any reason,m or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing.
